Yes, all orders are made to your specifications. Whether you're looking for a family piece, logo brand, or something completely unique, we welcome your ideas.

How do I order?

Please fill out the quote request form on our website to begin the conversation about your custom sign. Please be patient as we get many inquiries and it may take some time to respond. Each sign is unique and we want to ensure we're on the same page from the beginning.

How long does it take to receive a sign?

The current turnaround time is 6 to 8 weeks on average. This is the time from the final design and purchase until it is ready to ship. Holidays will increase this time frame by 2 to 4 weeks.

I need a sign ASAP, can you do a rush order?

Quality Control mandates that we do not compromise the process in order to meet a deadline. We pride ourselves in quality, and want you to be satisfied with the finished product above all. Therefore we will work expeditiously but not rushed.  Once an item is complete and ships, any delays may be addressed with the postal carrier. 

Is shipping included in my quote?

Shipping will be provided to you separate from the sign quote itself. Shipping is typically $60 (Continental USA) but will depend purely on your location and size of your sign. We do not control shipping rates which fluctuate, especially around holidays.

Can I call you to discuss?

Email is our sole means of contact at the moment. This ensures we can give our full attention to your project, and have a written reference for your specifications.

Can I use my sign outdoors?

Our signs are designed for indoor use only. Outdoor weather and temperature fluctuations may cause adhesive failure or wood swelling, so it is not recommended to use them outdoors.
